Rolling Massage Chair
My back has been hurting a lot lately?
Hello. For about 6 months, I was in Tae Kwon Do. After that, I quit, and ever since then, my back has been hurting. It is not really painful, just more of a dull ache. I have not done anything to hurt it, but since I quit, I have not been doing that much stretching, so I was wondering if that could be it? If I understand it right, when you stretch, it is like a pulling a rubber band. Then, after that, it takes awhile for the rubber band to go back to its normal length. Is my back muscles just going back together? It almost feels like a constant breathing pain. I have tried cracking it (doing rolls, like a backwards soumersault, and it cracks, and then it feels a tad bit better for awhile. I have also tried a massage chair type thing, and also ibueprofen. My back still aches. Please help!

Please do what I do, and that is to visit a chiropractor who uses strictly the Activator method of achieving relief. if your spine is out of alignment, they can locate the area of concern just by placing your hands behind your back and observing you, while laying down on a hydraulic table. You do not even have to take your clothes off. Also, they are extremely reasonable with their charges. Do it, you will not regret it.
