I am a 22 years old computer studies student. Right now, i am suffering from my neck pain.?

I guess it happens because of my own fault. I guess the neck pain become more and more serious since i was 20 years old. It happened after i had a long time sitting in the chair doing computer programming. I thought it was temporary. Before, i had some issues with my back pain. When my neck pain suddenly occurred, the back pain suddenly heal (not entirely). Since then i kept struggling with this pain. I'd seen medical advice when I was doing my diploma and the doc give some vortaren. The medication did not work much and I also had some massage applied on my neck. Worse, I'd let some friends give me foot- massage on my back. That really ease my pain a bit. I had an X-ray last year and the doc said that there was nothing wrong with my neck. Maybe i spent too much time in front of the PC. The doc gave some coaxia (I think) and i had to beg my mom to buy me a neck collar that really ease my pain a bit. For ur info, i had athmatic history, and i also feel pain in the shoulders
