i recently used a massage chair and didnt realise pregnant women aren't allowed - will my baby be ok? HELP!?

I actually posted a similar qustion last week. I was 5 weeks pregnant and did not mention to the massage therapist that i was pregnant (oops!) At first I panicked because when I did tell her she was very upset.... Since then I have read a lot on the subject and it seems that massages are very good unless, certain pressure points are worked very deeply. (In my case she had really worked the neck but for only 5-6 minutes.)

I think you will be okay but if you find yourself having a very hot flash and feel flushed all over lay down and drink plenty of liquids.
