The SBM 500H Has Two Sets Of Two Rollers

I find that i am now using the SBM 500H massaging cushion almost everyday after work. My animal healer suggested I get a massaging soften, to accompany his transform on my herniated saucer. The only other massaging device I have ever used was one of those antiquated ones that look like a big flashlight. I have had the Homedics SBM 500H for almost 2 months, plenty long enough to provide my opinion on this stress relieving device.

I have it secured to my office chair, which has the capacity to recline. I tried to attach it to my cushioned recliner, but it didn't feel right. The unit has a comfortable, and durable cover.

The SBM 500H has two sets of two rollers. One set of rollers covers about 2/3 of my back, and the other two reach up to my upper back and shoulders. This is a great benefit for me as I tend to carry alot of tension in my shoulders. The action of the rollers, especially when in Shiatsu mode, is surprisingly vigorous and deep reaching.

It almost feels better than my wife's neck rubs!It is also helpful in that I can pause the rollers to concentrate on the tense spots in my lower back and shoulders.

I only use the vibration feature once in awhile. I enjoy it, however the skin underneath tends to get almost numb after extended use. Actually, it is probably a sign that the massager is improving my circulation!

The heat function, on the other hand, is a different story. I use it almost every session! I swear, it almost feels like the SBM 500H is "melting away" my tension. Luckily, it does not get too warm, because I live in a warm enough climate as it is.

With regular use of the heat, I find that my back is MUCH less stiff, and it makes yard work easier to handle. I can bend over without pain for the first time in years!

Really, about the only problem I have with the cushion, is that sometimes I fall asleep with it on. So, if you feature somebody on your Yuletide identify that suffers from hind anguish, you may change up their Season day, by presenting them with the Homedics SBM 500H!
